Southern Mudding Florida Swamp Buggy Guide
How to find the Florida Swamp Buggy in Southern Mudding, what the August 14 update confirms, water-test evidence, and the current stock-data limits.
What is the Florida Swamp Buggy?
The Florida Swamp Buggy is one of the headline vehicles in Southern Mudding’s August 14, 2026 update. The official Roblox description lists it separately from the Limited Swamp Buggy and the Amphibious Vehicle, so these are three distinct additions rather than alternate search names for one vehicle.
That distinction matters. Public update text gives us the entity name, but Roblox’s public game data does not publish the vehicle’s in-game cash price, dealership, stock top speed, or exact water-depth rating. Pages that state those numbers without showing the in-game menu are guessing.
Current Florida Swamp Buggy facts
| Question | Best current answer |
|---|---|
| Was it added? | Yes. It is named in the official August 14 update. |
| Is it the Limited Swamp Buggy? | No. The official description lists those names separately. |
| Is the Florida model limited? | The official text does not label this model limited; it gives that label to the separate Limited Swamp Buggy. |
| What does it cost? | No dependable public source exposes the in-game vehicle price. Read the amount shown beside the exact model in your server. |
| Where is it purchased? | The public Roblox listing does not name a dealership or map location. Use the in-game vehicle menu or dealership labels. |
| What is its stock top speed? | Not published. Community videos use modified builds, so their speedometers are not stock benchmarks. |
| Can it drive through water? | An August 14 gameplay video shows a newly added, heavily customized buggy crossing ocean water and mud. The video does not conclusively map that build to the Florida name. |
How to get the Florida Swamp Buggy
Use this route so you do not accidentally buy or spawn the Limited model:
- Launch Southern Mudding on Roblox.
- Open the vehicle purchase or spawn interface available in your current server.
- Search for the full display name Florida Swamp Buggy. If the interface groups vehicles by type, look under buggy, off-road, or new-release vehicles.
- Read the access line before confirming. Record whether the interface shows in-game cash, a pack requirement, a Robux product, or another condition.
- Spawn it in an open slot. If all owned slots are occupied, despawn a vehicle first; Any Slot Spawning improves slot flexibility but does not grant unlimited slots.
What public gameplay shows
Hakai Plays published an August 14 water-buggy build video featuring the new update. The shown build uses extreme bog tires, suspension and dampening adjustments, wheel-size changes, engine upgrades, a power upgrade, and twin turbos. It then drives through ocean water and mud.
That is useful capability evidence, but it is not a stock test. The run tells us that at least one new buggy can be configured into a strong deep-water and mud build. It does not establish:
- the stock Florida Swamp Buggy speed;
- the stock tire and suspension setup;
- the price or dealership;
- which of the two shown buggies carries the Florida label;
- whether the same performance is possible without upgrades.

Florida vs Limited Swamp Buggy
| Detail | Florida Swamp Buggy | Limited Swamp Buggy |
|---|---|---|
| Official August 14 name | Confirmed | Confirmed |
| Separate model | Yes | Yes |
| Limited wording | Not attached to this name | Explicitly part of the name |
| Public price | Not published | Not published |
| Public sale end date | Not stated | Not stated |
| Dependable stock speed | Not published | Not published |
A community video shows two different new buggy bodies and describes the larger one as requiring a premium choice. Without the in-game display names on screen, that wording is not enough to label the larger vehicle as Florida or Limited. Our Limited Swamp Buggy guide keeps the two evidence trails separate.
A fair stock comparison test
Once you have both models available, use the same test for each:
- Reset both to their stock configuration.
- Use the same driver, fuel state, route, and weather.
- Time a paved acceleration run and note the stable top speed.
- Repeat one fixed mud crossing without changing tires or suspension.
- Enter the same water line at the same speed and record whether the vehicle keeps traction, floats, or stalls.
- Only then compare an identical upgraded build.
This separates the vehicle chassis from the effect of tires, wheel size, engine upgrades, and tuning.
